Why Prefer High Fiber Diets?

Fiber is the most important factor talked about when it comes to health. Nowadays we consume a lot of refined products because of our Fast, hasty & Competitive lifestyles which usually has no or very less fiber like white bread, pizza, pastries etc. Fiber is also known as roughage or  bulk. Fiber is majorly found in plant foods like fruits, vegetables, pulses, Oats, Barley & whole grains. There are 2 types of Fiber:

1) Insoluble Fiber
